    Chief Executive

    Jonathan has spent the past 15 years working at the nexus of food, health, social justice and sustainability. Prior to joining Alexandra Rose he was the Principal Policy Officer for the Mayor of London’s Food Board.  His work here included leading the implementation of the Mayor’s Food Strategy to develop sustainable supply chains including the development and implementation of food standards for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He was also a commissioner for the Commission for Sustainable London 2012 which oversaw the assurance of the social and environmental objectives of the London Games.  He also has a track record of leadership in the voluntary sector having headed up a large team for the London social regeneration charity East Potential and as the Strategic Manager for the food poverty charity The Newham Food Access Partnership. Jonathan hails from New Zealand and was educated at the University of Canterbury.

    Business Administrator

    After working as a PA in London for many years, Anna joined Alexandra Rose Charity (or Alexandra Rose Day as it was then called) in 2006.

    She has experienced every role within the charity from running their events to organising the Special Appeal Fund and Rose Day collections across the country and is now very involved with the delivery of the voucher project.

    In her spare time she enjoys travel, cooking, updating furniture and catching up with old friends.

  • Faith Holland

    Faith Holland

    Business Development Officer

    Faith has worked in the charity sector since 2004 and has a successful track record of delivering in the areas of community and food. Her previous experience includes being part of the campaigns team at The Fairtrade Foundation. She has also worked with Alexandra Rose Charity’s project partners Food Matters, on Rose Vouchers for Fruit and Veg.

    Prior to that Faith worked for Anchor Staying Put in Brighton and Hove, delivering community projects to support older people and people with disabilities.

    She has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and has lectured on the subject of Food and Culinary Arts.

    When Faith isn’t working she loves to walk, bake and dance.  

  • Eleanor Wilton

    Eleanor Wilton

    Communications & Project Manager

    Eleanor has worked in the charity sector since 2013. Her previous role was at London Youth; a charity who work with young Londoners across the capital on a variety of programmes, from engaging young people in outdoor activities to supporting them into employment.  

    During her time at London Youth Eleanor was based in the Ashdown Forest where she was the Assistant Development Manager at one of London Youth’s outdoor centres, Hindleap Warren. Here Eleanor gained knowledge of the outdoor industry and a passion for promoting and providing outdoor education and healthy living opportunities for those who might not otherwise have access to such experiences. 

    Her previous roles include membership management at the Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and PR for a clothing company. 

    Outside of work her time is mostly spent at gigs or wandering around a National Trust property (usually the garden).
